Crunchy Marmite Fingers

Since discovering a love of Marmite rice cakes, I thought I would try making a Marmite snack for little one. With only two ingredients, and both essentials in our house, it really was an easy bake. The recipe below is for one serving, so feel free to double or even quadruple for a few days worth of snacks. I cut the bread into soldiers however you could have fun with cookie cutters for more interesting shapes. I may have to dig out the dinosaur cutters! The fingers have a mellow Marmite taste so you may want to increase the amount of Marmite for a stronger taste. Little one was full of cold when she first tasted them and I think the Marmite taste was a hit! Mummy enjoyed them lots too, think Twiglits!
